Yamata Farm is situated in Iwatsuki, Saitama prefecture. We produce tomato, cucumber and rice, and sell them directly to the consumers.

Vegetables cannot be harvested only by having cultivated the ground, having given manure and planting seeds. But those can be harvested by taking great care to them with lots of cultivated knowledge.

Many imported foods are set on the table these days. The more producers become far from consumers, the cheaper the price of productions will be. We now have to eat those foods for our lives.

Local weather, configurations and natural features form figures of foods and human minds. Great food cultures and wisdoms that keep human healthy have to be handed down from the great minds to next generations.

Although there are too much artificial products in our society, nothing has changed in order to live our healthy lives. Human is living by vegetables that are putting down roots, getting nutrient into the bodies and growing by local weather and the air.

It is a mission that we hand down cultures of men and foods to next generations.
